Shipping Policy

Yummy Secrets LLC will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Requests for a specific carrier are not guaranteed, but may include an additional shipping charge, if accommodated. Orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

ALL SKIN SCRIPT PRODUCTS WILL BE DROP-SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM SKIN SCRIPT WAREHOUSE. YUMMY SECRETS FACIAL MASKS ARE DELIVERED SEPARATELY 

Standard Delivery
Yummy Secret LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders of $49+. For orders totaling less than $49, there is a shipping cost of $7.00.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:

  1. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.
  2. Check with other staff members, if a business location.
  3. Check with neighbors and family members.
  4. Look around the delivery location.
  5. Check for notice of attempted delivery.

 NOTE: Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, in order to determine proper resolution.

Return Policy

Yummy Secrets wide variety of skincare products is suited for each skin type and condition.

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:

  • Yummy Secrets LLC  must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 21 days of original purchase.
  • The actual product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.
  • Returned products must be at least 60% full.
  • The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.
  • Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.

To return an item, please call for assistance 480-543-1121, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST.

More Shipping Information:

  • Emails are sent at the time of purchase and at the time of shipment (providing a tracking number). Some orders placed via PayPal do not receive automated emails, if you do not receive a confirmation email, and a shipment email, please contact customer service via email so we can service you.

  • Yummy Secrets LLC ships through USPS, other carriers can be made available by request.

  • Multiple orders placed within processing time may be combined under the circumstances it is flagged in our system and caught by our associates. During this time period, processing time will be extended in order to group all transactions.

**A business day is Monday-Friday and does not include holidays.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Selected shipping method
  • Reshipment

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

 

Please allow between 1-2 Business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

Return Polices: 

All orders placed for yummy secret clay masks are final sale. Unless an error occurred on the half of Yummy Secrets LLC. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any issues with your order, anything missing from your order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email.

Please allow 24-48 business hours from the date your email is sent, to be reviewed and responded to. Should your inquiry require more investigation attention or processing, please allow 48 more business hours to review and respond.

*No returns will be provided or discounted will be provided for missed sales

*If an item is returned to our location due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will charge a reshipment fee of $10.
